AT SHINE,

SHINE Retreats, Events and Merch is a women owned business, founded by Sandy Fenili who sat in the customer's seat of a top 50 company for many years planning hundreds of events, travel and gifting experiences.

Sandy created SHINE Retreats, Events and Merch based on what she needed (but could not find) when she sat in the clients seat.... A creative partner and not an "order taker" company. She wanted better for others in a similar seat wanting to plan an amazing retreat or event experience.

We have over 15 years' experience of creating events and unique experiences, teambuilding and memorable activities (including impactful give back activities). We bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to you. Over the years we have worked with non-profits and partners like Disney, Olympic Training Center and many more. We have created hundreds of unforgettable events and retreats from $1k - $5M.
